Le vinacce della nostre uve vengono immediatamente trasportate alla distilleria D.E.T.A la quale provvede a distillare e a confezionare per nostro conto tre diversi tipi di grappe: La Grappa di Vernaccia, La Grappa del Chianti e la Grappa di Chianti Riserva.
Chianti Riserva DOCG – from fine Sangiovese grapes (85%), small quantities of Cabernet Sauvignon (7.5%) and Merlot (7.5%) carefully selected and vinified. It is matured for two years in oak barrels, after which it is then aged in its bottle which gives this wine its character and solid structure; its taste is large and complex, while pleasantly spicy.

La bassa resa per ceppo insieme ad una rigorosa fermentazione controllata danno a questo vino un profumo intenso e un buon corpo, si presenta di colore giallo paglierino con nuances fruttate e floreali. Il suo sapore è asciutto e di buona persistenza, armonico e fresco. Un vino decisamente accordato.

Sparkling wine A LUI • A LEI wine that is born from the union of Vernaccia grapes coming respectively from the north and south of the territory of San Gimignano in the heart of Tuscany, vineyards belonging to two companies, one that is purely female, the Palagetto and the other one male run Il Lebbio. From a great esteem and friendship consolidated over many years of activity, the idea was born to create a product that is an expression of our territory and a collaboration between these two realities.
