El orujo de nuestras uvas se transporta inmediatamente a la destilería D.E.T.A., que destila y envasa tres tipos diferentes de grappa en nuestro nombre: Grappa de Vernaccia, Grappa del Chianti y Grappa del Chianti Reserva.
The low yield from each plant along with a rigorously controlled fermentation process, gives this wine an intense aroma and a good body. The colour is yellow with fruity and floral nuances and its taste is dry and persistent, harmonious and fresh; a very agreeable wine!

Sparkling wine A LUI • A LEI wine that is born from the union of Vernaccia grapes coming respectively from the north and south of the territory of San Gimignano in the heart of Tuscany, vineyards belonging to two companies, one that is purely female, the Palagetto and the other one male run Il Lebbio. From a great esteem and friendship consolidated over many years of activity, the idea was born to create a product that is an expression of our territory and a collaboration between these two realities. The same wine in two different clothes, marketed to her by the lebbio marketed to him by the palagetto, two labels, a reciprocal dedication.

Da una grande stima e amicizia consolidata in tanti anni di attività, nasce l’idea di creare un prodotto che sia espressione del nostro territorio e di una collaborazione tra queste due realtà. Lo stesso vino in due diverse vesti, a lei commercializzato da il lebbio a lui commercializzato da il palagetto, due etichette, una dedica reciproca.

Immediately after pressing our grapes, we transport them to the local distillery D.E.T.A. where they are distilled and manufactured into our three grappas: Grappa of Vernaccia, Grappa of Chianti and Grappa of Chianti Riserva.
