An essential red, this elegant wine is matured for a long period of time in oak barrels and its subsequent bottle, which makes a fine, well balanced and flavourful wine. Crimson red in colour and a good body with excellent tannins makes it enveloping and velvety.
Sparkling wine A LUI • A LEI wine that is born from the union of Vernaccia grapes coming respectively from the north and south of the territory of San Gimignano in the heart of Tuscany, vineyards belonging to two companies, one that is purely female, the Palagetto and the other one male run Il Lebbio. From a great esteem and friendship consolidated over many years of activity, the idea was born to create a product that is an expression of our territory and a collaboration between these two realities. Chianti Riserva DOCG, ottenuto da pregiate uve Sangiovese (85%), piccole quantità di Cabernet Sauvignon (7,5%) e Merlot (7,5%) accuratamente selezionate e vinificate. La maturazione di 2 anni in barriques e il successivo affinamento in vetro conferiscono a questo vino carattere e una solita struttura, è ampio, complesso, piacevolmente speziato.

La buona cura dei nostri oliveti rende il raccolto, realizzato scrupolosamente a mano, di qualità eccellente. La spremitura avviene in frantoio con macchinari di tecnologia avanzata.
L’extravergine così ottenuto si presenta di un giallo dorato con riflessi verdognoli; è frangente, fruttato intenso e armonico. Di fresca frangitura si avverte una piacevole vena di carciofo che volge alla mandorla con la maturazione.
Una breve macerazione sulle bucce, un’attenta vinificazione in bianco conferiscono a questo vino un limpido colore rosa salmone, assicurando un profumo sottile e un sapore fruttato.
