The low yield from each plant along with a rigorously controlled fermentation process, gives this wine an intense aroma and a good body. The colour is yellow with fruity and floral nuances and its taste is dry and persistent, harmonious and fresh; a very agreeable wine!
Great care and attention with the cultivation of our olive-trees along with the olives being picked exclusively by hand, leads to an outstanding quality of olive oil. The cold pressing of our olives takes place in an oil mill (Frantoio) nearby, which uses brand-new technologies.
Our extra virgin olive oil has a golden-yellow colour with slightly green reflections and is fragrant with a hint of artichoke at the beginning whereas, once the oil starts to mature, it acquires an almond-wood fragrance.
Selected according to certain characteristics of excellence from Ciliegiolo grapes, our Kérass matures for over two years in oak barrels. Its a deep and fascinating wine with notes of red fruits and spices. This wine creates a superb finish to any meal and its balanced structure makes for an excellent wine for meditation.

Le vinacce della nostre uve vengono immediatamente trasportate alla distilleria D.E.T.A la quale provvede a distillare e a confezionare per nostro conto tre diversi tipi di grappe: La Grappa di Vernaccia, La Grappa del Chianti e la Grappa di Chianti Riserva.

Vino spumante A LUI • A LEI vino che nasce dall’unione di uve vernaccia provenienti rispettivamente dalla zona nord e sud del territorio di san gimignano nel cuore della toscana, vigneti appartenenti a due aziende una a conduzione prettamente femminile il palagetto e l’altra a conduzione maschile il lebbio. Da una grande stima e amicizia consolidata in tanti anni di attività, nasce l’idea di creare un prodotto che sia espressione del nostro territorio e di una collaborazione tra queste due realtà. Lo stesso vino in due diverse vesti, a lei commercializzato da il lebbio a lui commercializzato da il palagetto, due etichette, una dedica reciproca.
