Immediately after pressing our grapes, we transport them to the local distillery D.E.T.A. where they are distilled and manufactured into our three grappas: Grappa of Vernaccia, Grappa of Chianti and Grappa of Chianti Riserva.
La buona esposizione dei nostri vigneti col felice uvaggio del Chianti e il massimo rispetto della tradizionale vinificazione in rosso danno un prodotto dal colore vivace che , con l’invecchiamento, tende a divenire intenso e profondo. Il suo profumo richiama note floreali e il suo sapore è asciutto, di buona intensità con sfumature che evocano i frutti di bosco.

Prodotto esclusivamente da mosto-fiore di uve Trebbiano e Malvasia, è un vino elegante. Di un leggero colore paglierino è piacevolmente fruttato e secco al gusto.
Prodotto principalmente con uve trebbiano malvasia ed altri vitigni a bacca bianca presenti nei nostri vigneti. Pressatura soffice e fermentazione controllata sono i principali passaggi in cantina del nostro Bianco. Si presenta di un colore giallo paglierino scarico con riflessi verdognoli, i profumi sono di fiori freschi, frutti a bacca bianca. Al sapore è fresco ed avvolgente, equilibrato, va benissimo per gli aperitivi in genere, primi piatti delicati, cruditè.
