Elegant white wine, 100% Chardonnay. Of a light pale straw yellow color, it has a good harmony between a feeling of freshness and softness, enveloping, long in the finish with an aromatic and persistent return.

This fortified dessert wine is so called “Holy wine”, and is made of three different local white wine grapes: Colombana, Malvasia and Trebbiano. Immediately after harvesting, we select the most suitable grapes which are then aged to become raisins before they are used to produce Vinsanto. This luscious wine has a syrup-like consistency, with a harmonic and balanced taste of an almost opulent sweetness.
