Dessertwein. Unser Vinsanto wird von drei verschiedenen, getrockneten Weißweintrauben gewonnen: Colombana, Malvasia und Trebbiano. Bereits direkt bei der Weinlese werden die passenden Trauben selektiert. Der Wein ist von fast öliger Konsistenz und hat einen harmonisch ausgewogenen Geschmack von leicht üppiger Süße.
Di grande tradizione storica, proveniente dall’omonimo vitigno coltivato in zone felicemente esposte e rigorosamente vinificate in bianco, la nostra Vernaccia si presenta di un paglierino tenue con riflessi verdognoli. Il suo profumo è penetrante, fruttato e floreale e ha un sapore armonico con un caratteristico retrogusto di mandorla, di buona corposità

This fortified dessert wine is so called “Holy wine”, and is made of three different local white wine grapes: Colombana, Malvasia and Trebbiano. Immediately after harvesting, we select the most suitable grapes which are then aged to become raisins before they are used to produce Vinsanto. This luscious wine has a syrup-like consistency, with a harmonic and balanced taste of an almost opulent sweetness.

La buona esposizione dei nostri vigneti col felice uvaggio del Chianti e il massimo rispetto della tradizionale vinificazione in rosso danno un prodotto dal colore vivace che , con l’invecchiamento, tende a divenire intenso e profondo. Il suo profumo richiama note floreali e il suo sapore è asciutto, di buona intensità con sfumature che evocano i frutti di bosco.

Our Chianti d.o.c.g. has an intensive ruby colour and presents a balanced body. Its fragrance attracts floral notes and its flavor is dry, with good intensity and shades that evoke the berries. Robust and structured wine enhances the flavor of the meat and accompanying divinely soups and cheeses.
